Power Outage

In the event of a power outage

If there is no immediate danger, Front of House Staff should notify the audience to remain in their seats to await the power turning back on and avoid the possibility of injury from exiting in the dark.
In a situation where there is danger, or a period of time has passed without the restoration of power, front of house staff should assist the audience in exiting with the use of flashlights or cell phone light.
All computers, appliances, and light switches should be turned off to reduce the likelihood of damage from a power surge when power is restored.
