DURING PERFORMANCE

During a performance, the House Manager and staff are responsible for responding to disturbances, illnesses, and emergencies that may occur among audience members. The House Manager and staff should be familiar with exit plans, evacuation procedure, and know how and when to respond to various types and severities of injury and illness.

IN CASE OF FIRE AND EMERGENCY EXIT

In case of emergency, the House Manager will inform and provide information regarding the nature of the emergency and instruct the audience what to do (i.e., evacuate, shelter in place, etc.).

The ushers will direct the audience to exit during evacuations and lead them to assigned assembly place. (follow the map).

After the emergency is over, work with the Fire Department to complete an incident investigation.
